EESHWAR Pvt. ITI is administered by Ishwar Ideal Society for Human Welfare and Research Sansthan, Bikaner – a women-led organisation registered on 26-02-1996 under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Reg. No. 190/BIKANER/1995-96). Chaired by Mrs. Archana Purohit, with Mrs. Sarita Vyas as Vice-Chairperson and Mr. Kamal Kiradoo as Secretary, the society is supported by educators and social workers committed to ethical, high-quality vocational education.
EESHWAR Pvt. ITI was established in 2014 by education-focused professionals who envisioned a clean, honest and future-ready skill institution. After an excellent inspection on 7 June 2014, the institute received affiliation from the Directorate General of Training, Government of India (Order 6/20/95/2014-TC dated 2 July 2014), with NCVT code PU08001374 and state code P1010. It operates six NSQF-aligned Electrician units with 120 sanctioned seats, and its first batch began in August 2014.

EESHWAR Pvt. ITI operates from a permanent, well-structured 1368.85 sq. m campus in the heart of the old city—an area far more premium than typical rural or tin-shed ITI locations. The institution meets and exceeds all infrastructure norms required for 2+2+2 Electrician units during the 2014 affiliation process. With spacious workshops, classrooms, computer lab, library and dedicated placement office, all fully furnished and equipped, the campus offers a modern, state-of-the-art training environment.

ITI was first assessed by QCI, New Delhi during the affiliation process, the institute now holds multiple ISO certifications essential for vocational training institutions, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 29993:2017. These certify quality management, educational organisation standards and learning service excellence. All certifications are validated through reputed third-party auditing bodies, ensuring a fully standardised, compliant and professionally governed training environment.
EESHWAR Pvt. ITI maintains a clean legal record, with no writ petitions filed by or against the institution since its establishment. The institute functions transparently within the statutory framework of NCVT/NSQF norms and state regulations, adheres to all procedural compliances and holds no pending disputes before any court, tribunal or competent authority. EESHWAR Pvt. ITI operates under the administrative supervision of the Directorate of Technical Education, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
